I want to integrate this example in odoo: Datatable

That's probably going to be hard. It might be easier to write a stand-alone webpage, that uses the RPC API of Odoo to show the data with bootstrap.

Ok, you can customize Odoo's appearance. Checkout Odoo Themes, there is even a forum post explaining in some detail how to create your own theme: https://www.odoo.com/forum/help-1/question/new-bootstrap-theme-on-website-builder-58809
I have never done that, so you are unfortunately on your own.
