Dynamic field in an email campaign

Question

I added a 'first name' field using Odoo Studio in the contact form, but I can't find this field as a dynamic placeholder in my newsletters! How can I add a 'first name' field to my article form so that I can personalize my emails with this field?

Hello,
First, you need to know the exact name of your field in studio, which in Odoo is the "Label". like so:

Then in the email template your are making, just type "/Dynamic Placeholder" and then a list will pop up and choose your field from there (In my case Name in Arabic, in yours whatever you named your field).
