I am experiencing a problem with odoo 15. When I try to add a menu and upgrade module
 everything is fine but when I add something in this same menu and upgrade module, this
 menu dublicates and gets the new attribute. the first one doesnt work as expected because
 attributes are changed. The problem is how is it possible that it doesnt upgrade first menue 
but dublicates the second menue with the new attribute?




Isn't it supposed that action has a unique Id.
