If you have just a few extra Questions for specific jobs, you can edit the Application Form and apply conditional visibility rules to what you add:

By default in Odoo 17 Recruitment, all job positions use the same application form. Different application forms for different job posts are not available by default.

Current Odoo flow:

1. Go to Recruitment Module

2. Create different Job Positions

3. Publish the jobs on the website

4. When candidates click “Apply Now”, Odoo opens the same default application form for all jobs

5. Candidate submits the form and the application is created in Recruitment

If you need different forms for different job positions, you need customization.

Possible customization flow:

1. Create separate website forms/surveys for each job role

2. Link each form to a specific job position

3. Redirect the “Apply Now” button based on the selected job

4. Store the submitted data in Recruitment applications
