We implemented a multi-company Odoo ERP system using Purchasing and Inventory modules to centralize and automate their operations. The solution introduced structured inter-company material transfers, automated unit conversions, real-time stock alerts, and digital vendor communication workflows. This ensured accurate allocation of shared resources between both companies while eliminating manual calculations and stock tracking. The transformation improved financial visibility, reduced material wastage, and significantly increased efficiency in purchasing and inventory management.
