Marine Logistics runs on-board delivery to commercial vessels, the full chain from collection and consolidation, through customs clearance, to the moment goods are handed over on the ship. It is a time-sensitive business where a missed window costs real money, and where every order has to carry full traceability and the financial picture intact from issue to hand-over. 

Existanze built a fully custom PO Handling module on Odoo that adheres to Marine Logistics' standard operating procedures: dispatch order management runs against the customer's actual model, end-to-end traceability follows every order to vessel hand-over, and the financial information attached to each order lives where the operations team works. A customer-facing PO Portal exposes the same data outward, so shipowners and operators see PO information, traceability, and KPIs aggregated per vessel and per port from a single login. With the platform in place, EXN Middleware extends the model outward where the business needs it, including a side integration to Procureship that lands shipowner POs in the operational system as part of the same flow. 

For Marine Logistics' clients, the result is direct visibility into every PO they have raised, where it is, when it will hit the vessel, and the performance pattern behind the service, served from the same platform that runs the dispatch operation.
