Introduction: Founded in 1997, by 2007, Hung Tri Trading and Technical Services Co., Ltd. was transformed into Hung Tri Industrial Refrigeration Joint Stock Company. The company has become a leading provider of high-quality equipment and technical services in the industrial refrigeration and air conditioning sector. To enhance efficiency, Hưng Trí has structured a system of 11 companies, each specializing in key industrial sectors.

Challenges: With nearly three decades of leadership in industrial refrigeration and air conditioning, Hung Tri entered a strong growth phase with 11 subsidiaries and more than 500 employees nationwide. After the COVID-19 pandemic, the old HR management system revealed a series of bottlenecks: fragmented data, reports lacking real-time accuracy, manual payroll processes with potential risks, and cumbersome approval workflows that hindered operations. This is a typical challenge for a large-scale enterprise expanding rapidly, requiring a solution that is both powerful and flexible.

Solution: To address these challenges, Hung Tri adopted the Odoo HR Module as its new digital backbone, consolidating all HR data into a centralized platform and automating processes from attendance and payroll to insurance and overtime management. The system provides real-time monitoring, standardizes reporting, and minimizes administrative procedures, transforming HR management from a burdensome task into a strategic advantage.
