Description: Industrialization and global rollout of Glovo’s Odoo ecosystem to the Delivery Hero Group brands. The project manages a high-complexity architecture with over 300 modules, critical integrations (WMS, FTP, corporate APIs), and a monthly volume exceeding 15,500 orders, ensuring a seamless transition across multicultural regions.

How we helped: We implemented a governance model based on a robust validation pipeline (Runbot, automated testing, and dual-environment control) to guarantee incident-free deployments. We optimized decision-making through an advanced Power BI module with cross-brand dashboards (Stock Out Tracker, Inventory Accuracy, Forecasting). Additionally, we provide a premium Helpdesk service with strict SLAs, proactive Cloud infrastructure monitoring, and a continuous improvement protocol that actively engages all group stakeholders.
