I have following requirement on over time calculation. Can you please help me to do it?

1. Our working hours in one working day is 8 hours. If an employee work more than 8 hours then we need to pay 1.5times the hourly rate for the extra hours worked for that day. We do this by deviding the basic salary by number of standard hours in the month and multiply the extra hours by that rate. We record the in time and out time every day and then get the extra hours worked by each day.

2. If the day is a Sunday then the rate is 2 for all the hours worked in that day.

Please let me know how to do this?
