I have recurring subscriptions set up in Odoo Online, but the system is currently sending both the initial sales order and the invoice, which is causing confusion. I would like to configure it so that only the invoice is sent for recurring subscriptions, without the sales order. Could you please assist with this?

You need to be more specific about the case, in order to get support:
Odoo version, scenario? Some information about the configuration so that invoice and sales order is printed together.
