Is there any module or way in which odoo 9 enterprise assigns a unique product code/ID which can be used to identity products based on the code rather than title ?

Hello Priyanka Gohel,
There is no by default module for product unique identifier.
its need to do customization.
or for simple solution, there is barcode field in product that is always be unique. you can customized name_search and name_get methods to achieve what you want.
