We are developing house designing software in which people can design actual houses. Once house designing is done by the user, Software will provide the option to place an order of the house. At the time of designing the user can place wall, slab, beams, stairs and apply texture and material on the wall. Each element(wall, beams, stairs) has a different type of pricing calculation.
E.g. User adds a wall with a size of 10 sqft. If a cost of 1 sqft wall is 1$. The total cost of the wall comes around 10$. Users can all apply the texture on the wall then the cost of texture(per sqft) is also applied.
Many parameters could affect the cost of the house as mentioned below
1. density of the material
2. material of the element
3. size of the element
4. quality of the element

We are looking for a pricing module in Odoo ERP. The module should provide the pricing calculation as mentioned above with some customization. We would also like to connect the payment module and shipping module with the pricing module in Odoo ERP. Here is a diagram link for more detail :

We are trying to find an answer to the following question.
1. Is there any suitable pricing module available which we can use with some customization or do we need to develop our own Odoo module for our use cases?
