Hi,
Without using third party apps, it is recommended to keep the master password of the instance with the trusted people's only, in this way you can restrict the db operations to only peoples having the master password.

https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/16.0/database_delete_protection/
This will restrict users from deleting your database
