Hello, so I tried to created an automated action wherein it will send a message to my channel when I validate my receipts, so for example when its done, a message should pop up on my channel.

Hi Emman,
Try like this:
This will send message to the channel I have mentioned with id=8 and also checking the status is done, just to make sure the transfer has been validated
