Is there way to merge/combine duplicate projects as like contacts merging.

Hi,
I think by default there is no such an option available in Odoo. Anyway you can make it available by doing customization.
Also you can refer this module available in the Odoo apps store : https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/8.0/product_do_merge/
