Hello everyone, has anyone here encountered the problem of backing up large attachments? Please let me know how you handle it. I am currently having a problem that when backing up data, I will backup the attachment, but the data I intend to use and store for 5 to 10 years is very difficult to backup, so how should I handle it?

And is there a way to divide folders for attached files? Because currently after uploading attachments, Odoo will encrypt and take the first 2 characters to create folders, this makes it difficult to control the files. I want to divide the files by date, month, and year folders, is that possible?
