Is this field invoice number create automatically from system or you manually enter the number ? and also you set external id there can you please send xlsx or CSV file image ? In odoo quotation number automatically created when you save the record so according to that you don't need invoice number field and you don't need to select external id there remove it and test it i think it will be working for you
