How to create trigger date in settings - automated actions?

Question

When i am creating trigger date, i filled all the mandatory fields (field name, field type, field label, searchable) and when i click on save in trigger date wizard its giving error "Invalid field Model Name". How to enter value in model name as it is readonly ?

In Settings  -> Automation -> Automated Action:
If you select 'Related Document Model' and then go to 'Trigger Date', it will list all the date fields in that trigger date field.
For Example: If you choose the employee model, then you can choose 'Date of Birth' in trigger date.
