How to cancel or delete an approved leave request

Question

If an employee would like to cancel or change the dates of an approved leave request, how can this be done?
When log in as an administrator and try to delete the approved leave request I get the following message: Warning! You cannot delete a leave which is in validate state.

You can't able to delete the leave request that is approved.
In order to delete the approved leave request you must change the state. of that requests,

Does anyone know how to change the state of a leave request or delete it after it has been approved?
