Hi. Our company just started using ODOO.
The internal part of our business runs odoo on port 8069.
We would like to let external users to utilize a custom website that runs on Apache on port 8080 and calls XMLRPC to ODOO via Python (Python modeule on Apache just calls XMLRPS to v8 ODOO API). The website shows products that are for sale. We just do not know how to add items to a customer's cart and show the cart for orser submission.
We are thinking that it would require creating a Sales Order but are not sure. From the cart, we need to let the users back to our store/website.

Is this possible? How should we go about it?

Please give us some feedback to this topic. We seem to be going nowhere atm.
