You cannot directly delete a product using the import/export functionality in odoo. If you want to delete only selected products from the product list you can choose any of the below-mentioned methods. 

1. You can export the products and their internal reference and do some lookup or excel functions to filter the products that have to be deleted. Now set a value say Delete for example as the internal reference for all the exported products​ and import them. Now you can filter the products with internal reference 'Delete' and choose them from the list view to bulk delete. 
   

2. You can export the products and their external IDs, do some lookup or Excel functions to filter the products that have to be deleted, and add a new column 'Active' in the Excel sheet. set the value as False and then import the sheet. All the products will be archived from the products list and visible only if you filter the Archived products.
