Hey, how do I add an editable email template that the user will be able to edit before sending the email? I'm trying to add it for hr recruitment when user's stage is changed to "Task", the user will be able to send an email with the task to the applicant.

For this, since tasks will be different per roles, it might be better to write it before sending it to the user, except for a few things which I want handled by the email template, such as greetings and closing signatures. So what I want is, before the user sends the email, allow the user to edit the choose the template (also have a default one) and be able to add things to it.

This is similar to the one for scheduling the interview from the recruitment job applicants kanban board's menu. Just like in that, where event calender update is preselected and user can edit it before sending. There is also an email button next to applicant's email field in the form, but it opens up my pc's email client to send an email, and doesnt really suit my case.

Also, how do I add a button for this if possible. I can't seem to find it in odoo studio's menu.
