If I'm understanding your question correctly: from the bank journal, switch to list view. 

Select multiple transactions, then "Action" button, and Delete.

Alternatively, you could filter by "created on" date prior to selecting all and isolate the transactions that you want to remove. 

If you imported the bank transactions with statements, you may need to first delete the statements, and then follow the steps above.
