I've followed the steps to set up a new Carrier with some default price for all countries. But no success, once on the website, the shipping cost is never being added so my clients don t pay the delivery !
Any clue for me ?

Steps for Creating a new delivery method
1) Set name
2) Set provider
3) Set product for that (Required)
4) Publish (don't forget)
5) Set price
