Sufi City is a premier real estate development project in Pakistan, delivering modern residential and commercial spaces with a strong emphasis on planning, transparency, and community infrastructure. As the project expanded, the complexity of managing financials, workforce, procurement, and property operations increased significantly. To address these challenges, we implemented a comprehensive Odoo ERP solution that combined standard modules with custom-built applications tailored specifically for real estate and construction workflows. Core modules automated billing, procurement, inventory, HR, and payroll, while custom modules handled specialized tasks such as land and plot management, contractor operations, tenant administration, and employee loan tracking. This integrated system provides Sufi City with end-to-end visibility, real-time data for informed decision-making, and faster, more accountable processes—replacing traditional paper-based methods with an industry-specific digital platform. Today, Sufi City operates on a scalable, efficient ERP ecosystem that supports smarter, transparent, and agile real estate development management.
