Citymesh required financial reporting capabilities beyond Odoo's standard offerings, needing to analyze data by budget responsible and cost center. Their internal approval processes were too complex for the default system. They also needed to manage sales orders containing multiple, different subscription frequencies, which Odoo could not handle natively.
Our solutions
A custom solution was built to add "Budget Responsible" and "Cost Center" as new analytical dimensions throughout Odoo. An advanced module was developed for creating dynamic, multi-step invoice approval workflows. Additionally, a feature was created to automatically split sales orders with multiple subscription intervals into separate quotations. IT/Kommunikation
