They wanted a new accounting system connected to their customer database, as well as integrated tools to manage people (recruitment, assessment, time off, vehicles, etc). After a short ROI analysis, Frédéric helped the company implement those tools in a few days. We then started to test a fully-integrated service sales flow for a few departments (order, planning, onsite action, invoicing), starting from the most standard cases to the most specific.
