Pain Point: Farmisto Chemicals required tailored reporting, multi-company management, and a unified ERP to handle fragmented sales, accounting, inventory, and HR workflows across multiple entities. Manual processes limited visibility into dealer incentives, sales performance, and inventory tracking, while onboarding new companies posed operational challenges.Solution: Trionex implemented Odoo ERP with custom reports for dealer and sales staff incentives, customer and inventory ledgers, and region-wise sales analysis. The ERP was extended to onboard Avanzu Chemicals and Fengshou Agrochemicals with fully integrated sales, accounting, purchase, inventory, manufacturing, payroll, and reporting modules, enabling centralized multi-company operations and real-time dashboards.

Studio, Odoo a été déployé comme plateforme centrale, à commencer par la réalisation de leur site web, aujourd’hui pleinement intégré à leur environnement de gestion. L’association a ensuite pu imaginer l'extension son utilisation vers la gestion de projets, le suivi des heures et kilomètres, la facturation et la mise en place de tableaux de bord, afin d'offrir une meilleure visibilité financière.

To streamline and modernize its workflows, Fazenda Filomena partnered with Tecomsa, an Official Odoo Gold Partner, to implement a fully integrated Odoo ERP solution. The system covers Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Maintenance & Quality, Inventory & Purchase with Purchase Requests (PR), Sales, POS & CRM, HR & Payroll, Survey, Fleet Management, and Help Desk. Developed and configured the Odoo-based system and workflow for the Frontier Works Organization (FWO), ensuring the complete end-to-end business process flow was properly implemented. Also developed and customized the website for FWO, aligning it with organizational requirements and ensuring smooth integration with the Odoo backend. Worked on setting up and customizing Odoo modules to support core business operations, including purchase workflows, accounting processes, VAT handling, and transaction validation. Managed system structure, data flow, and operational configurations to ensure consistency across modules. Prepared and validated datasets, ensured accurate financial recording, and supported month-wise transaction posting within the system.
