Digital Publications Group is a Greek group of companies, parent of its flagship brand Myikona, the Balkans' largest producer of personalized photographic and printing products, serving millions of amateur and professional photographers across Greece, Denmark, Romania, and Bulgaria. Online-order volume at this scale, with custom production behind every line item and nine companies operating under one corporate roof, demands a single operational core rather than a patchwork of disconnected systems. 

The group runs on Odoo with Existanze end-to-end across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing/MRP for production orders, Accounting, and Helpdesk, with all nine companies on one multi-company instance. Accounting sits on our EXN Greek Localization and EXN AADE MyData modules so every company in the group reconciles to AADE in real time. The integration surface, twelve WooCommerce storefronts with their multiple storefront payment methods mapped tightly into Odoo's default payment handling, a multi-brand catalogue, automated stock replenishment, and a cross-border courier network, is carried by EXN Middleware and our EXN Courier service, which routes shipments through eighteen-plus courier providers across the countries the group ships into, with real-time traceability across every supported courier, Cash-on-Delivery handling, and post-delivery consolidation flowing back into Odoo on every parcel. Helpdesk closes the loop on customer support so order queries land in the same operational thread as the underlying invoice. 

This is one of our longest and largest engagements. A high-volume, nine-company, multi-country personalized-print business runs from a single Odoo instance, with every production order, every courier label, and every invoice flowing through the same platform.
