CareApps Limited is a UK-based care technology provider built by people with firsthand experience working in care homes. Their platform unites HR, training, compliance, rotas, and medication management into one trusted solution — helping care teams spend less time on administration and more time with residents. CareApps serves a growing number of care home operators across the UK who face some of the most demanding regulatory environments in any industry.

The Implementation

As CareApps expanded its customer base and platform offering, its internal operations needed to keep pace. Sales pipelines, purchasing, invoicing, and customer support were spread across disconnected tools, creating friction and limiting visibility across the business.

We partnered with CareApps to implement Odoo Enterprise, bringing their core business operations into a single integrated environment. The implementation covered CRM, Sales, Purchases, and Invoicing, giving the team full visibility from first contact through to billing. We also rolled out Helpdesk and Live Chat, equipping their customer service team with structured ticketing and real-time communication tools.

The result is a connected back office that gives the CareApps team the same clarity and efficiency they deliver to their own customers.
