APIX Enterprises needed a simple, reliable, and fully localized digital system to replace their manual paper-based trip tracking process. Since many employees were not familiar with complex software or English interfaces, we designed a mobile-friendly solution in Sinhala for maximum ease of use. By implementing a QR code-based trip management system, staff can now instantly record vehicle trips and dozer allocations through simple QR scans. We also integrated automated WhatsApp notifications to provide vehicle owners with real-time trip summaries and payment details at the end of each day. The new system eliminated human errors, improved transparency, automated reporting, and streamlined the entire excavation and transportation workflow.
