I am working on V12

From the configuration in Contacts I choose countries and imported my file.

Then I wanted to Test the Import,

 in the first few tries all I got was this Error:

Out of shared memory HINT: You might need to increase max_locks_per_transaction.)

What does this mean and what should I do to increase max locks per transaction?

When the test worked I got this:

When I clicked on Get all the possible values, I got another list with Create and Import Options.

What should I do here?

Can I force the Import without handling those issues, and if so is there a way to undo the import process without affecting my data?
