When the payment gets registered in Odoo, Odoo recognizes this money is still in PayPal. To reconcile this, we need to create a virtual payment entry that matches the actual transfer we will make from PayPal to the bank account.

 The issue is that this amount to reconcile is the gross amount of the transaction, not the net after fees. Is there a way for the payment entry in Odoo to reflect this net amount? 

If not, how can we capture the PayPal fees in Odoo so that the accounts line up okay?
