Using Odoo 10 Enterprise, I have installed the VOIP core, and VOIP module, however I can not understand where you tell Odoo the VOIP server address and the credentials to connect to the Asterisk server.

I have followed the article written by Akretion but I don't see where you set up the Asterisk credentials and if they are even needed in version 10 enterprise. http://www.akretion.com/open-source-contributions/openerp-asterisk-voip-connector

Please help, I don't see any real documentation for version 10 Enterprise

We have integration of Asterisk based pbx like FreePBx, issabel etc with Odoo all version with advances features like click to call, call pp up , call reporting and auto dialers,predictive dialer, Voice Broadcasting for for free .

For the certified Odoo 10 VoIP : https://www.bravotelecom.com/en-CA/duo-telephone-internet-residential.php  module, you ve to follow instructions mentioned above in the link. Found that useful !

Are you asking help in regards with the VOIP module of Akretion or about the official VOIP module of Odoo available in Odoo 10? It's 2 different things.

For Akretion's module:
- http://www.akretion.com/open-source-contributions/openerp-asterisk-voip-connector
- https://github.com/OCA/connector-telephony

For the certified Odoo 10 VOIP module:
- Read the 'Documentation' tab here: https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/10.0/crm_voip/
- If you want to contract a third party to install, configure, and host, we have clients with successful experience with www.fusionpbx.com implemented by www.freeway.com
