I am trying to send mass-mail about a number of users, But odoo takes the time to send each mail about secs. It's actually preventing users on GUI to do the other activities In the mean while time. Any solutions to Improve such situations are heartily Welcome.

You need to improve existing system(already improved in v10,....). Instead of sending mail on the spot, schedule it. So after some time scheduler send mail. This will not prevent users on GUI.
Yes I did that. I passed force send flag as arg, and I am using mail template. So while I am clicking on my custom button, it taking time to create mail records. ie mail.mail.
It tooks 10secs for 82 mails
