The "View Helpdesk Ticket" link in the header and the company contact information with "Powered by Odoo" in the footer of your Helpdesk chat reply emails are not part of your custom email template. Instead, they are automatically added by Odoo's default email layout templates that wrap around your email content, especially for messages sent via the chatter.

To remove these elements in Odoo 16, you need to create a custom module that inherits and modifies the relevant core QWeb views. Specifically, you would target templates like mail.mail_notification_layout, mail.message_notification_email_online_link, and mail.message_notification_email_footer. Using xpath expressions within your custom module's XML, you can replace or remove the specific div elements responsible for rendering the header link and the footer content. After creating and installing this custom module, these elements should no longer appear in your Helpdesk chat reply emails. It's crucial to inspect the email's source code if the initial xpath expressions don't work, as template structures can vary, and note that removing "Powered by Odoo" might not be possible on Odoo Online/SaaS.
