If you want to delete an unnecessary line in a journal entry, follow these steps:
1. Go to the journal entry.
2. Click on "Reset to Draft."
3. You will see a delete option under the journal entry line.
4. Delete the unwanted line.
5. Post the entry.

As you said, we can delete empty records. What I want to know is, can't the system automatically delete worthless accounts when we approve the receipts?
