I have seen how I can create a new Spreadsheet from each Pivot View, but can I combine data from two different Pivot Views?

Yes.
After clicking INSERT IN SPREADSHEET just click the drop down to use an existing Spreadsheet instead of making a new one.
You will get a new tab inserted in the existing spreadsheet.
From there you can combine data from multiple tabs by creating a formula:
