I have to create two different records[Leads,Applicant] for a single incoming mail server (abcdef@xxx.com), is this possible ? I would like to use same incoming mail object for creating both the record, in my case it creates "leads" but not "applicants" why is it so ? What is the right approach to implement this ? Is this possible ?
