Hello Odoo Community,

I hope this email finds you well. I am currently working on setting up Automated Actions in Odoo to send WhatsApp messages when a lead reaches a specific step in our CRM pipeline.

If you are in odoo v18 , you can press on the "gear" icon of the stage you would like to send Whatsapp to access the setting, and choose automation

Create a new automation then "add action" then choose WhatsApp 


In odoo v17, you can do the same using odoo studio or "server actions"
