To delete info from Google Pay:

Go to Google Account
If you haven’t already, you will need to sign in.
Select Privacy & personalization.
Scroll to “Download or delete your data.”
Select Delete a service Delete a service.
You might need to sign in again.
Find “Google Pay.”
Select Delete Delete.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
