Zoom Fibre is an open-access fibre network operator in South Africa, deploying Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) and Fibre-to-the-Business (FTTB) infrastructure nationwide. Their network allows end-users to select from various Internet Service Providers, as they build, operate, and maintain the fibre infrastructure. In the medium term, Zoom Fibre aims to expand its South African operations to 350,000 endpoints, with a long-term goal of global expansion to provide high-speed internet connectivity and drive digital transformation in underserved communities.

The company's purpose is to advance communities, promote digital inclusion, and inspire connected communities of the future. Their mission focuses on ensuring digital inclusion by deploying broadband connectivity that empowers communities, and their vision is to become the global leader in digital infrastructure solutions powered by community collaboration by 2030.
Beyond connectivity, Zoom Fibre invests in the communities it serves by employing reseller agents from local areas, promoting economic growth, and tailoring services to local needs. They have also introduced mobile pop-up stands and service centres, starting with a live centre in Ratanda, to bring fibre solutions closer to people and engage directly with communities.

In 2022, Zoom Fibre was recognized as the youngest company to make LinkedIn's Top Startups list, highlighting its rapid growth and commitment to digital inclusion across all sectors of society.
