Plennix implemented a tailored Odoo solution to optimize workforce management and improve operational efficiency. The solution included Attendance, Payroll, and HR modules, along with a custom Employee Portal to streamline employee tracking, payroll automation, and compliance with labor regulations. The Attendance module provided real-time insights into employee presence, ensuring accurate tracking and reducing errors. The Payroll module automated salary calculations, tax management, and compliance with local regulations, improving accuracy and saving time. The HR module enhanced employee data management, recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking. Training and gamification features were introduced to boost engagement, while the Geolocation Punch-in functionality enabled seamless attendance tracking from any location. SIBLINE is also integrating Odoo ERP with its accounting systems and third-party applications to ensure smooth data flow and operational cohesion. With this new initiative, SIBLINE has improved workforce efficiency, enhanced HR operations, and strengthened system integration, allowing the company to focus on delivering high-quality construction materials.
