Before Odoo, Ragoen managed its sales activity using disconnected tools (emails, Word, Excel) and faced several limitations:

  • Creation of a centralized product catalog to improve product selection, pricing consistency, and quote clarity
  • Integration of the Quote Calculator (v18) directly into quotations: sales reps can now generate quotes based on dimensions, fence types, and options — without relying on external Excel files
  • Result: considerable time savings, fewer errors, and more professional and consistent client-facing documents
