Mopirove operates several entities in the Indian ocean countries of Mauritius & Madagascar, with primary businesses covering Sales, Distribution & Manufacturing of Soaps, Detergents, Toiletries and also Packaging Materials & Plastic Injection bottles. They have manufacturing facilities in the Mauritius, a strong distributor network in the islands together with their own sales team, manufacturing & distribution expertise. Mopirove joined the ERP journey with a vision. The business leadership wanted to concentrate on business strategy and reduce their time in administratively managing the business and looked for innovative solutions that can solve challenges including but not limited to fragmented systems, outdated technology, shortage of qualified skills, expertise and also the ever growing need for strategic insights in the form of business intelligence & analytics beyond the needs of streamlining processes, eliminating redundancies and improve operational efficiencies. Partnering with 4Square Capital, they implemented a comprehensive Odoo ERP system integrating Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Inventory, POS, Dashboards and most importantly also 4Square Capital’s Advanced AI based analytics platform ‘Diana’ integrated with Odoo. Further they also leveraged 4Square Capitals BPO to offshore accounting processes to streamline operations.
