La Ricky Rubio Foundation es una organización sin ánimo de lucro dedicada a mejorar la calidad de vida de pacientes con cáncer y sus familias, así como a impulsar la investigación oncológica. La fundación desarrolla programas de acompañamiento emocional, iniciativas de humanización hospitalaria, campañas de concienciación y colabora con hospitales y centros de investigación, articulando su actividad a través de distintos proyectos, eventos solidarios y canales de donación.
Se ha implantado Odoo 19 Enterprise como ERP central con el objetivo de unificar la gestión de la organización. La solución permite centralizar la contabilidad financiera y analítica por proyectos, asegurar la trazabilidad de las actividades y mejorar la gestión de donaciones mediante la integración con plataformas como Shopify, Mailchimp y StockCrowd. Además, se han incorporado herramientas de control horario, imputación de costes y reporting, proporcionando una visión más transparente y escalable, y reduciendo la dependencia de herramientas externas como Excel.
