Saffron
Saffron Foodies, a well-known restaurant chain with six branches, partnered with us to digitize and unify its operations across POS, Inventory, and Accounting. The goal was to replace manual workflows with a fully automated system that connects the entire dining experience—from order placement to financial reporting.We implemented an integrated Odoo solution that streamlined front-of-house operations through tablet-based ordering and automated Kitchen Order Tickets (KOTs) routed to specific preparation stations. Billing was enhanced with accurate tax calculations and automated posting of accounting entries, ensuring real-time financial accuracy.
The POS system was fully optimized with bar-code integration, real-time sales tracking, and role-based access controls. This improved checkout speed, minimized errors, and strengthened operational security across all branches. Additionally, section-wise costing enabled management to monitor performance by department, such as BBQ and bakery.
On the backend, we configured intelligent inventory and inter-company workflows. Branch requisitions were automatically converted into sales orders from the central warehouse, with dynamic pricing and accurate costing using FIFO/AVCO methods. Stock movements and cost allocations were tracked in real time, ensuring full transparency.

Pain Point: Sapphire’s legacy Odoo v15 system faced stability and compliance issues, with fragmented sales, inventory, accounting, and multi-company operations. Reporting was limited, and integrations with platforms like Ginkgo and Jinko were missing, slowing operational efficiency.Solution: Trionex stabilized the existing Odoo v15 setup, resolved FBR compliance gaps, and integrated Jinko and Smartlane. The system was upgraded to Odoo v18 with 31 custom modules covering sales, purchase, accounting, inventory, and multi-company management. Ginkgo integration enabled real-time product, pricing, and inventory synchronization. Data migration and testing ensured accurate transition, followed by go-live and KPI-focused dashboards for reporting and analytics.

Development work for Scrubby included the design and development of a complete eCommerce website focused on providing a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for household cleaning products. The website was structured to clearly showcase a wide range of products such as sponges, scrubbers, dishwashing liquids, and bundled cleaning packs, with well-organized categories and detailed product pages to improve usability and navigation.A strong emphasis was placed on UI/UX design to ensure the platform is clean, responsive, and aligned with the brand’s identity of simplicity and efficiency. The homepage was designed to highlight key product features such as grease-cutting effectiveness, eco-friendly materials, and safe everyday usage, helping users quickly understand product value.
Core eCommerce functionalities were implemented, including product listings, add-to-cart, checkout flow, and order management. Payment options such as Cash on Delivery and online payment methods were supported, ensuring flexibility for customers across Pakistan. Additionally, delivery workflows and tracking mechanisms were incorporated to streamline order fulfillment and enhance customer experience.
The platform also included bundled product offerings (family and household packs) to encourage bulk purchases and improve sales strategy.
