My use case is the following; I'm running a bakery and I produce cakes but each cake is different

I will buy butter and flour and then produce cakes

But cake 1 will maybe require 1 kg butter and 2 kg flour while cake 2 will require 1,5kg butter and 2,5 Kg flour and so on

Then the "BOM" is never the same for each cake

How can this be handled with Odoo ?

Perhaps one of these modules may help you:

If you want to make some changes to the MO (Routings, BOM, etc), you cannot confirm it until the changes are made.

The problem I'm facing is that in Odoo a BOM has to be defined before you can create a Manufacturing Order while in my context the BOM has to be defined at the same time as when the Manufacturing Order is created to produce the specific product
