In odoo v14, Create a BOM by going to the manufacturing module under "Products". Enter the name of the product. Below add the components or raw material that you need to create the particular product like in above case Raw material is Brass rod. On the right side of components, you can add operations like in this case Operations are Cutting, forging and machining. You can specify the time each operation takes or odoo can automatically compute the time according to the previous work orders. You can start or end any operation at any time or you can start more than one operation at a time. For example : If u want to start C operation for the products which have already completed the previous operation. The next operation will not start automatically.
