Just downloaded a local instance (not a server) of Odoo 13 last week for the first time. Today most of the apps now have a green "Update" button. When I go to the Apps list, it has a "Local Updatable" filter in the search. When I click on the Update button, it appears to be doing something, but when it stops the green button is there and the version number of the module has not changed. How does this work? Or does it not work?

Is this Odoo Community or Odoo Enterprise?
In Odoo Community, the green "Upgrade" button is normally an invitation to upgrade to Odoo Enterprise.
For Community apps that are installed, there is a purple "upgrade" button, but that may not change the version number.
